While Mt Komati Camp seamlessly integrates into the larger High 5 trail network, allowing hikers to use it as a base for exploring the extensive trail system, it also stands on its own as a fantastic destination for a multi-day retreat. Whether you choose to stay for two days or more, Mt Komati provides the perfect setting for a memorable outdoor adventure.

The camp can accommodate up to 26 guests in total. The lodging options include:

• 1 Hut that sleeps 4 guests
• 2 Huts that sleep 6 guests each
• Tarentaal Chalet that sleeps 4 guests
• Kudu Cottage that sleeps 6 guests

A communal kitchen is equipped with a four-plate gas hob and all the essentials needed for meal preparation, including cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils. Guests can enjoy their meals in either the indoor or outdoor braai areas, both of which come with grids, making it easy to savor a delicious barbecue under the stars. The camp also features Eskom-powered geysers, providing hot water for showers, and electric lighting, ensuring comfort even in this remote setting.
